Get a discharge letter and tablets sooner instead of having to wait all day

Outstanding service from start to finish. Super efficient, professional & friendly. I would like to name Chloe who made me feel comfortable & relaxed she was very personable. I would also like to name Michelle who went above & beyond to help me with my issues. I was amazed at the sincerity of the care offered by the NHS even at times of stress and strain the extra special staff & teams make it all possible in the best way possible. I can’t thank you enough.

There is nothing that could have been done better I am 100% sure if that.

Jess and Gaynor were brilliant with my little girl. Can’t thank them enough for their help. Fast, efficient and caring service is just what you need coming in to the ED with a child and that’s exactly what we got. Thank you

Possibly have a different area in a&e for prisoners my little girl was scared

My son was visited by the childrens physiotherapist Hannah and his usual support worker physiotherapist, Debbie. They adjusted his standing aid, checked his hip development and reviewed his physical progress. They both know my son extremely well and are always kind, caring and professional. They are quick to answer any of my concerns regarding my sons development and put me at ease. They have shown to be reliable and committed to the care they provide us. Debbie has educated and supported us through this special needs journey and we can’t thank her enough.

Nothing Debbie or Hannah need to improve but we feel the NHS should be able to provide more intensive courses of physiotherapy for special needs children.

I was seen quite quickly and the gentleman Mr Khan who dealt with my was very thorough, caring and put me at ease I was really impressed with the care and compassion that I received Thankyou

Thorough examination and explanation of problem. Advice on exercises that should improve condition, plus provided with appliances that support the exercises. Friendly welcoming Receptionist. Knowledgeable Physiotherapist.

At this appointment there was nothing that could have been done to improve my experience.

I am still waiting for a report of my mri. I am in significant pain and would like to resolve the problem
